I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience, including a decade in leadership and supervision. I’ve had the joy of working with a wide range of people—adolescents, teenagers, adults, and families—each with their own unique stories and needs.

My journey into this field was inspired by the realization that life’s big challenges can be tough, and that no one should have to navigate those moments alone.  I specialize in helping people through transitions and overcoming feeling “stuck,” aiming to assist children and adults with challenges managing their moods and emotions, effectively deal with phase of life problems, make changes in their behaviors, and regaining confidence to create a new, empowering chapter in life.
